How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak travel seasons and exclusive experiences. Generally, booking at least six months in advance is advisable.

What is your cancellation policy?

At the time of booking we will explain to the customer any requirements or any cancellation penalties related to the travel services including any cancellation penalties or costs that are non-refundable.It is the responsibility of the customer to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of MRG Travel, and the travel suppliers’ Terms and Conditions, before purchasing travel services through MRG Travel. Please note Travel Insurance is highly recommended.We have a selection of travel insurance plans through Manulife that provide coverage to suit your needs.

Can I make changes to my travel plans?

Yes, changes can usually be made to your itinerary. However, please note that some changes may incur additional costs or may not be possible depending on the timing and the nature of the booked services.

How do I pay for a trip?

Upon travel confirmation we will send you an invoice with all your travel expenses outlined. You can pay by credit card or e-transfer. Please note, by providing MRG with authorization to charge your credit card for deposits or full payments you agree to the MRG Travel’s Terms and Conditions and those of the Airlines’/Tour Operators’/Travel Suppliers’/ Cruise Lines/Car Rental and/or Hotel /travel services purchased.

What payment methods can I pay with?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) or e transfer.
