Our expert Travel Advisor, Georgia Kourakos is a senior-level Travel and Tourism professional and a Certified Travel Manager and Travel Counsellor with TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario). She has travelled extensively and has over 20 years of experience in the wholesale and retail travel industry in Canada. Georgia has worked with Museums and 50-Plus channels across Canada to curate specialty travel programs for their members and specializes in luxury travel, curated travel experiences, culinary tours, beach vacations, Curated Long Stays, ocean and river cruises, groups, events and adventure travel. A few of Georgia’s favourite travel moments have taken place while hosting a culinary and wine tour in Tuscany, Italy, traveling on family vacations to Greece, and visiting China, Russia, Scotland, the UK, Spain, and France. My name is Tanya Reid and I am a travel coordinator for MRG Travel. Both TICO certified and with more than 10 years of experience within the travel industry I've enjoyed working with Canadian tour operators and providing travel assistance to the loyalty program of one of Canada's largest banks. The next best thing to travelling yourself is giving someone else the opportunity to experience their dream destination. Marseille, France is a personal favourite, with fresh seafood, inspired architecture and seaside location I would love to go back!

Julia Rambeau Smith

Julia Rambeau Smith is a seasoned communications professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at The MRG Group, overseeing all communications initiatives while providing invaluable support to the organization's leadership and business operations. Alongside her corporate responsibilities, Julia is also a TICO certified travel agent, adding another dimension to her role.

Prior to her tenure at The MRG Group & MRG Travel, Julia was a publicist at Universal Music Canada, where she managed a diverse roster ranging from established A-list artists to emerging talents within the Canadian market. Beyond her professional achievements, Julia is an avid traveler. Among her favourite journeys is her honeymoon to Turkey, where she immersed herself in the vibrant culture of Istanbul, marveled at the otherworldly landscapes of Cappadocia, and relaxed on the picturesque shores of Bodrum. Julia's passion for travel enriches her perspective and fuels her creativity, making her a dynamic force in both her professional and personal endeavours.
